Korn Ferry and Workday have announced that they have established an advisory partnership agreement in Japan. The aim is to combine Korn Ferry's extensive knowledge in the organizational consulting domain with Workday's technology, to provide consistent support from strategic design of HR and organizational systems that are aligned to enable actual HR operations. The partnership, which will initially focus on organizations in Japan, is expected to expand globally through a formal, worldwide agreement between the two companies.
